Consignor Details

PAY RATE:  Earn 60-70% on your sold items

CONSIGNOR FEE:  $14.50 per sale, paid in advance

EARLY SHOPPING:  Shop early not once but 2x. You'll receive passes for the regular and half price presale for yourself & guests. Consignor passes are complimentary and will be distributed at drop off

PAYMENT: Receive check via email within 2 weeks of pick-up date

DROP OFF/PICKUP: All Consignors will need to select a drop off appointment and a pickup appointment, unless you are donating all unsold items. This will help manage staffing and occupancy. We want to make it as easy and convenient as possible for you!



*IMPORTANT* Before completing the next step, make sure you are signed up as a consignor for the Lower Bucks Fall sale through your profile at jbfsale.com. It will show up under "My Events" once selected.


If you are not yet signed up to sell at the Lower Bucks Spring event in your JBF Profile, we will do that on your behalf so that your online tags and inventory will be accessible at our registers. Please check this box to acknowledge.


Our tagging site is open 24/7/365!

Using a tagging gun to attach tags is optional. Please use caution not to puncture fabric as it can leave an irreparable hole. Always attach through a seam or garmet tag. Ask for help if you're not sure how to use it!

Please check to acknowledge even if you are not using a tagging gun this season.


Drop Off Appointments

Please plan to allow up to 90 minutes for drop-off depending on how many items you are selling. Items must be tagged, clothing hung on hangers, and sorted by type & size.

Please do not select a Perfect Consignor appointment, unless you are on the Spring 2025 Perfect Consignor List. Perfect Consignors can drop off at any time - you are not limited to PC only slots.

A Perfect Consignor is a seller who had *3 items or less* pulled during the previous sale. Participation in consecutive sales is required to maintain status. PC's bypass clothing/shoe inspection at drop off, and earn early shopping access to presales. Do not select a Perfect Consignor time slot if you are not on the list - there are no clothing inspectors scheduled during that time.

Don't see a drop off time that works for you? This season, the Valet tagging team will be offering a drop off only option. Fill out the form HERE and someone will get in touch with details to coordinate. Once confirmed, you can then select the Valet drop off time slot.




Power Consignors

Any seller who brings over 300 items is considered a Power Consignor. They bring more items to sell, and have more unsold items to sort and process at breakdown. A 2-hour sorting shift is required for any seller bringing over 300 items that are not donating ALL. Helping with this shift is for the sole benefit of bringing additional items and there is no additional compensation or shopping privileges associated with this shift. The 6-hour breakdown shift fulfills the Power Consignor requirement, as well as earns you the extra 10% on sold items, early shopping access, and your registration fee credited in your check (up to $10.)


Unsold Item Pick Up

If you plan to sign up for a 6-hr Breakdown Shift on Saturday, April 27 at the completion of the half-price sale, you will have the opportunity to take home your unsold items at that time if sorting is complete. You do not need to sign up for an appointment on Sunday 4/27/25.


If I am not able to pick up my items, I designate this person to pick up for me. They will be responsible to check ALL areas for unsold items. I understand they may miss items they do not recognize, and those items will be donated if not picked up.

Any remaining items not picked up on 4/27/2025 will be donated to our Charity Partners at 1:01PM.


Consignor Waiver & Agreement

I am participating in the Just Between Friends Consignment Sale Event as a Consignor / Team Member.
I understand and accept that Just Between Friends is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my items.
I understand that Consignors who opt to assist for a minimum of 4 hours will be charged only 30% of her/his gross sales.
I understand that I will be charged 40% of my gross sales if I choose not to participate as a Team Member.
I understand that there is a 2-hour sorting shift on Saturday, April 26 for Power Consignors who bring 300+ items that are not marked donate ALL. Helping with the 2-hour shift is for the sole benefit of bringing additional items - there is no additional compensation or shopping privileges associated with this shift.
Participating as a Team Member expressly represents that: s/he is not and shall not be construed to be an employee of the Organizer and that his/her status shall be that of an Independent Contractor for which s/he is solely responsible for his/her actions and inactions; and acknowledges that s/he has the right to choose from a large selection of shifts available. If at any time Team Member determines that s/he is uncomfortable performing a task s/he has elected, Team Member understands that s/he may choose an alternate task, as well as send a substitute or helper to fulfill the voluntarily elected shift. While Organizer recommends that Team Member choose comfortable shoes and clothing, Team member understands that s/he may choose the attire worn for the elected shift(s). 
I understand there is a $14.50 Consignor Fee which is payable in advance when making a Drop-off Appointment. ** BONUS: CONSIGNOR FEE IS ONLY $10.00 IF PAID BY SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2025 **
I understand that Consignor Pick Up (of unsold items you choose not to donate) is on SUNDAY, APRIL 27, 2025 from 9AM-1PM.
I understand that any item(s) not picked up by 1:01PM on SUNDAY, APRIL 27, 2025 will be donated to the JBF Charity Partners.
I understand that items that are off-season, stained, overly worn, tagged incorrectly using a tagging gun, broken, missing pieces or missing batteries will be rejected at the discretion of JBF Team Members and Staff. If any item is purchased and returned because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work, I will not be paid any amount for the sale of that item. JBF reserves the right to pull overpriced items - do not price at or above retail pricing. Remove old JBF tags/price tags/clearance stickers on items you are reselling for higher than what you personally paid.
I understand that there are risks associated with selling items in a public venue, and I have the option to place high value and/or high theft items in more secure locations. It is my responsibility to place my items in these secure areas during Drop Off (please inquire at check-in when you arrive).
I understand that as a condition of selling items in a Just Between Friends Consignment Sale, I represent the following to be true and correct:
1) I am the owner of the items to be sold and I have full authority to sell the items offered by me for sale; and 2) Each item offered for sale by me is in good operating condition, reasonable wear and tear accepted, and is not broken or damaged in any way; and 3) Any repaired item was repaired by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the original manufacturer’s warranty program and 4) Each item complies with applicable law, https://cpsc.gov; and 5) No item is the subject of any pending or threatened recall notice or other consumer protection enforcement action; and 6) I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.
I understand that a “star” (printed on JBF tags with any color ink) means that the item will remain at FULL PRICE throughout the sale. Tags with no star will be sold at 50% off starting at the HALF PRICE PRESALE until the sale ends. If I change any designation on prices (donate/reduce/full price) after my tags are printed and brought to the sale, those changes will not reflect when tags are scanned. Tags MUST be reprinted to reflect any changes from the tagging site.
If I am helping at the sale, I will arrive 10 minutes early for my shift so that I can park my car and be ready to participate. If I am unable to fulfill my full team member commitment and unable to find a replacement, I will notify Cassandra at 267-372-6153. I will sign in and out at the Team Member Check-In area.
I understand that I will receive my consignor check within two weeks of the day after Consignor Pickup via email. Please note, there is a 90-day window to retrieve and deposit your check. After that time, a $35 charge will apply to place a stop on the original payment and reissue.
I am participating in an ethical manner and agree that I am not attempting to learn the business practices of JBF, operations, techniques, or any other business matters that may or may not be trademarked, registered or proprietary in any way. I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and will do so if asked by a representative of Just Between Friends.
I understand that by appearing in a public venue as a shopper or consignor, JBF has my permission to use my image in any JBF publicity avenue they choose. I may verbally request to not be photographed at the Sale.

*Note - No children under the age of 12 are permitted during the Presale on 4/23, other than non-walking infants, who must be worn and remain in a front carrier at all times. No strollers or car seat carriers. It is your responsibility to communicate this to any guests you share your passes with.

In an effort to continue our mission of sustainability and commitment to recycling, we will not be providing single use plastic bags at checkout. We do have reusable shopping totes available for purchase.
